Induction brazing

induktionsloeten lwz

In induction brazing the component is heated using induced current. In the induction process the component is placed contactless in a coil conducting electrical current. The heat develops directly in the metal.

LWZ brazes in the mid-frequency range using modern induction equipment.
As a rule, brazing is carried in the open with solder and flux.
Brazing can also be carried out in a protective gas atmosphere.

The advantages of inductive heating are:

  • Exact temperature management
  • Contactless heating
  • High degree of effectiveness
