True to this motto, we have been active in the field of brazing technology and heat treatment for over 40 years. Since then, we have been convincing our customers with competent advice, flexibility and adherence to delivery dates.

Originating from our parents' industrial furnace construction business, LWZ has developed over the last 25 years from a pure service provider in the field of annealing and joining technology to a reliable system supplier for customers from the automotive, heating and sanitary, mechanical engineering and electrical industries.

Thanks to the continuous further development of production methods, LWZ offers sufficient capacities in addition to the necessary know-how - even for strongly growing demands.

In order to be able to react flexibly to the most diverse customer requirements, fully automated robot and assembly systems are available in addition to five inert gas continuous furnaces. A new tube bending and cutting centre will significantly expand the possibilities in tube processing from mid-2023.

With the variants inert gas brazing, flame brazing, induction brazing or aluminium brazing, we offer a wide range of joining processes depending on the requirements and part design.

Heat treatment can change the properties of metallic materials so that they are ideally suited for your further processing operations.
